フル装備！

休みの前日は湿布（肩やら背中やらバッキバキ）、蒸気の出るアイマスク（目ボロボロ…なので、寝る少し前に養潤水も注す）でフル装備して寝ます！


アイマスク、本当は時間になったら外さなきゃいけないらしいけど、いつもそのまま普通のアイマスク代わりにつけっぱなしにして朝まで寝ちゃうんですよねぇ


私の部屋、窓が東向きだから朝日が眩しくて、惰眠を貪るにはアイマスク必須なのです。


…しかも明日は雨の上に乙女の日……寝るしかないじゃないか！←ダメ人間全開。
